You agree that no additional notice or consent is required before vitaloximeters.co.uk invoices the credit card for all amounts due and payable. By providing vitaloximeters.co.uk with your credit card number and associated payment information, you agree that vitaloximeters.co.uk is authorized to immediately invoice your account for all fees and charges due and payable to vitaloximeters.co.uk as a result of your purchase. You agree to immediately notify vitaloximeters.co.uk of any change in your billing address or the credit card used for payment hereunder.
Make an offer
1. Vital Oximeters allow customers the opportunity to propose a price to us for the merchandise they desire.
2. Every day, at the end of trade, our system will select 3 of the closest offers to the original asking price.
3. If the offer you submitted to us is selected, (subject to our minimum price policy described in item 4.) you will be sent with a message confirming the price of the unit together with your voucher.
4. Vital Oximeters have a minimum price policy which applies to the 'make an offer' feature.
Offers which are less than 70% of the asking price of the items, will be rejected.
5. This feature is limited to three proposals per month per visitor.
Password
When you sign up to become a member, you will also be asked to choose a username and a password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You agree not to use the account, username, or password of another Member at any time. Prices

Delivery
1. The order will be delivered to the delivery address stated and confirmed by the customer during the order process. The customer is responsible for the correct and complete statement of the delivery address.
2. Delivery times are stated as a guide only. We cannot be responsible for items delayed or lost due to courier failure.
Return Policy
Under the distance selling Regulations, if you have received goods and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return goods for credit subject to the following conditions:

Damages
